Receive progress photos or videos daily or every two days, according to your preference.

Approve the Final Result

We send detailed photos and a final video, then reconfirm your address and phone number. Nothing ships without your approval.

Tracked Express Delivery

Your approved rug ships with DHL or FedEx Express. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Each rug is handmade to order in our workshop in Oued Zem, Morocco. Here are a few details to help you shop with confidence.

How do I choose the right size?

Compare the rug dimensions with the space where you plan to place it. Product sizes are shown in centimetres, inches and feet.

How does shipping work?

Your rug is handwoven to order, just for you, not pulled off a shelf. Weaving takes up to 30 days, and you'll follow the progress with photos along the way. You approve the finished rug before it ships by DHL or FedEx Express (5-8 business days). Free shipping to the USA, UK and all of Europe, duties included. All other countries: $120 flat shipping.

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. A prepaid return label is provided for approved returns. See the full policy for details.

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer available because production begins.
