Custom Rugs — Made to Your Size

Made for your room, not taken from a warehouse shelf. Every OwnCrafted rug is handwoven to order in our Oued Zem workshop using 100% natural sheep wool.

Your rug, made your way

Choose an Azilal, Boujaad, Beni Ourain, Mrirt or Runner design. We can make your preferred size, adapt the colors, refine the pattern and prepare the fringe style shown in your order. For a size or color that is not listed, send us your room measurements or inspiration by WhatsApp.

How your custom order works

Tell us what you need. Send the size, colors, rug type and any room or inspiration photos.
Confirm the details and price. We review your request with you before the order is placed.
Follow the making process. Production can take up to 30 days. We send progress photos or videos every one to two days.
Approve your finished rug. We send final photos and video, then reconfirm your delivery address and phone number. If you do not approve the finished rug before dispatch, you may request a full refund. Nothing ships without your approval.
Receive it by DHL Express. Delivery normally takes 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Natural, handmade character

We work to reproduce your requested design and colors as closely as possible. Because each rug is handmade with natural wool and hand-prepared plant-based dyes, small differences in shade and motif are part of the craft.

Shipping

Shipping and applicable duties are included for the USA, UK and selected European countries. Other available destinations: US$45 at checkout, excluding local import duties and taxes. Shipping details.

Returns & protection

Custom rugs can be returned within 30 days when unused and in original condition. If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover the solution: replacement or refund, including the related costs.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production begins and standard cancellation is no longer available. Your final-approval protection and eligible 30-day returns still apply.

Approved returns include a prepaid DHL label. We arrange your full refund once the carrier confirms collection, with receipt expected within 5–8 calendar days, subject to bank processing. Read the full return and refund policy.
